Kevin Allen​ is Founder & Chairman of E.I. Games. He is recognized as one of the world’s most accomplished growth professionals. He heads up E.I. Games, a multiple award- winning emotional intelligent leadership gamified education platform. ​ During Allen’s highly successful 35-year career he pitched and won in some of the toughest pitching environments and played pivotal roles in three industry turnarounds, including McCann Erickson, the Interpublic Group and Lowe, where he brought over $1 billion in revenues and helped his companies become number one in new business performance.

He is the bestselling author of The Hidden Agenda: A Proven Way to Business and Create a Following, and the recently released The Case of the Missing Cutlery: A Leadership Course for the Rising Star, which has been featured on BBC Radio’s Four Thought leadership series.
