Kay Harper

Kay Harper, CSM, PMI-ACP, SPC, ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF is a dedicated leader, coach, facilitator, speaker and trainer with over 20 years of proven expertise in traditional and Agile methodologies.

After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Missouri, Kay Harper went on to work as the Senior Consultant in Business Transformation Services for Computer Sciences Corporation. She also has worked as the Associate Product Manager for Fidelity National Information Solutions, where she formed and supervised a product management team and implemented user-comprised steering committee for each product line, resulting in a 30% increase in customer satisfaction with products. She spent 10 years at CommunityAmerica Credit Union, where she managed the technical segment of merger, incorporating over 30,000 new customers as the Project Manager. She then helped in the implementation of Agile/Scrum, bringing transparency and efficiency to project and functional teams. Now, Kay is the Owner and Principal Coach for Kay Harper Consulting LLC, where she helps implement organizational change and provides training programs on Agile and Lean practices for clients.
