Kati Kallins is the Head of Sustainability Engagement for Meta. With more than 13 years of experience, her career has been fueled by a personal passion for climate action and social equity. She's worked across the public and private sector in the United States, China, Australia and Europe, leading projects on sustainability strategy, strategic communications, public-private partnerships, and sustainability reporting. She has worked for internationally recognized organizations, such as the Environmental Protection Agency, Google, Business for Social Responsibility (BSR) and Corporate Citizenship. In her current role at Meta, Kati focuses on directing cross-functional sustainability teams and advising executives. She is the lead project manager for multi-year sustainability innovation and engagement programs. These important programs align corporate sustainability strategy to key business objectives for sustainable operations, ESG (environment, social, governance), circularity, climate product, and employee engagement topic areas.
