Bentley University
Dr. Roloff has a PhD in Social Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. She received her B.A. in Psychology and Administrative Science from Colby College and an M.A. in Psychology from Boston University. She has been published in the Academy of Management Annals, Human Relations, and Journal of Organizational Behavior, as well as in the medical journals Cancer and American Journal of Health Behavior, in addition to many book chapters on team learning, negotiations, and positive organizational scholarship.
