Stanford Continuing Studies

After 20+ years of experience working with leaders on a global scale, there are a few things Kathi has noticed. Few people fully use the resources and intelligences available to get them want they really desire. Kathi has identified the 4 major intelligences we all possess, and developed a methodology to create individual, collective, and cultural brilliance to allow us to create consciously and fully.

Kathi’s consulted for senior leaders, teams, and divisions in Fortune 500, mid-sized, and start-up companies throughout the USA and Europe. She’s worked in over 15 industries, including healthcare, finance, high tech, and biotech. Kathi is known for offering her clients provocative, practical, and pivotal experiences. Her clients are high performing; smart, driven professionals and organizations who want to have purpose, innovation, and impact with their work. They influence, manage, and guide the work lives of others and are responsible for critical organizational outcomes.

Kathi holds a MA in Organizational Development from The California Institute of Integral Studies and a BA in Public Relations from the University of Michigan. While working in France for several years, she completed graduate-level work in Cross-Cultural Studies at the Université de Lyon II. Kathi is a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a Certified Practitioner in The McKay Method of Energy Healing, and has earned credentials with the International Coaching Federation. In 2012, she started a compassion art project with teenagers called Letters to the Universe, which has collected over 5000 notes to date. Kathi has the pleasure of living in the San Francisco area with her two blooming daughters and a 50 pound ‘lap dog’ named Coco.
