Katherine Sorsdahl

Professor Katherine Sorsdahlis the Co-Director of the Alan J. FlisherCentre for Public Mental Health in the Department of Psychiatry & Mental Health at the University of Cape Town. For the past 15 years, her work has focused on improving access to and the quality of care for people living with mental disorders, developing and adapting evidence-based mental health interventions for the South African context, and integrating evidence-based mental health services into health systems with a focus on task sharing.
