Kate Lazarenko

I have 12+ years of international experience of working in digital health/IT space. Having worked on various IT projects and implementations in the healthcare ecosystem, I have always been passionate about utilising digital channels to deliver change and transformation from a patients’ perspective. This translated into using user centred design to enable various organisations to find efficient and cost-effective ways to transform their business, products and services in the healthcare space.

As a consultant, I work with small & medium size enterprises, start ups, VCs, 'big four' consulting firms, research agencies, as well as universities. The range of projects varies from organising and running workshops to joining client’s delivery teams on specific engagements. While the types of projects vary, my focus remains on digital transformations in healthcare.

I am also an adjunct lecturer at the Smart Health Leadership Centre at the National University of Singapore’s Institute of Systems Science, where I teach digital leadership and health service transformation programmes. We aim to assist stakeholders across the broad health ecosystem to transform the future experience of health through data, technology and innovation.
