Babson Olin Graduate School of Business

Babson Executive Education (BEE) focuses on developing an entrepreneurial mindset in leaders of all kinds. We pair practical knowledge with an action-oriented philosophy, so that participants walk away immediately prepared to apply their learning by addressing challenges and identifying opportunities for future breakthrough growth in their organizations, their communities and around the world.

For the last 20 years, my career has been focused on the practice of human resources, organizational design, and learning development in both corporate and academic settings, including at Babson’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. Through this work, I have come to believe that learning itself has evolved, and the professional development industry must evolve along with it. Babson is in a uniquely powerful position to lead in this evolution, as we have a long history of bringing the skills of entrepreneurial leadership, innovation management, growth and scale and inclusive leadership to a workforce that needs these capabilities more than ever before.

BEE continuously finds new and exciting ways to keep pace with industry disruption and deliver executive education to the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs when they want it and where they need it. We partner with our clients to help them embrace important and practical lifelong learning experiences that will propel careers and organizations towards their goals.

We aim to take all of the capability inherent in Babson and bring it to the world in new ways. Many of our programs are run at the Babson Executive Conference Center in Wellesley, MA. We also have programs online, in blended formats and on site at our client’s facilities enabling us to serve our clients throughout the year, around the country and across the globe.

I’ve been committed to this notion of helping individuals and organizations grow over my entire career, and I can’t think of a better place to continue with that work than within the context of Babson Executive Education. I hope to share this journey with you—for a lifetime of learning.
