Renmin Business School
Dr. Kai Zhang is a full professor at School of Business, Renmin University of China. He received his Ph.D. degree in educational psychology. He ever worked as a visiting scholar at Foster School of Business at University of Washington, Rutgers Business School, and DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University in Canada. He was Representative-at-large in Mainland China of IACMR during 2012-2014. His areas of expertise include complexity and motivation, leadership theory, and goal theory.
