JV Wong

With a degree in Organizational Communication from De La Salle University, JV started her career in iPhil Communications as a marketing professional. She expanded her skills and expertise in Microsoft Philippines by handling multiple role, one of which earned her the coveted Customer Partner Experience Hero Awardee for Microsoft APAC and Greater China Region in 2002, which paved the way for her to become a strong advocate of Customer Experience. After Microsoft, she pursued her passion by being a licensed teacher, and shared her expertise as a professor in De La Salle University.

JV discovered that her purpose lies within the corporate world, and she put up People Ignite in 2003. Currently, she is the Chief Executive Igniter of People Ignite, and she continuously ignites others through training and facilitation in the areas of personal development, leadership, communication and customer engagement. She is one of only two accredited Think on Your Feet® Master Trainer and Facilitator in the Philippines. She is also a career and growth coach, having attended the ICF-ACTP or International Coaching Federation Accelerated Coach Training Program, and has helped companies such as P&G, Nexus Technologies and SM Group of Companies with their career and executive coaching programs.
