Biography

Jung is an Institute Fellow at the Tech For Good Institute. Jung also serves as Senior Vice President of Behavioural Science at DBS. He was previously Lead Behavioural Scientist at Grab, driving impact in product, communications, and design strategy across the fintech, transport, and food deliveries verticals within the company.

Prior to joining the private sector, Jung was an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Singapore Management University, where he taught consumer psychology at undergraduate and Ph.D. levels for five years.

A native of South Korea, Jung obtained a B.S. (summa cum laude) in marketing from the University of Arizona and M.S. & Ph.D. from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
