Julianne Jones

Julianne Jones is a Scrum practitioner, facilitator, trainer and speaker with over 14 years experience working with Scrum. She is based in Toronto and is the founder of Evolve Consulting Inc., a company that advises and coaches organizations wanting to make the transition from waterfall-to-Scrum.

Prior to founding Evolve Consulting in 2007, Julianne developed her expertise in Scrum as an in-the-trenches Scrum Master serving Scrum teams and stakeholders. Serving Scrum teams as a Scrum Master developed Juliane into a Scrum practitioner who has first hand appreciation of the essence of the Scrum values and an appreciation for what it feels like to be part of a high-performing self-organizing team, the joy it can bring and it's ability to unlock the human potential. Rounding out her Scrum experience, Julianne has further deepened her Scrum practices by serving a Product Owner to multiple learning organizations developing training products. Having acted as a Product Owner, Julianne understand first hand the challenges and opportunities of being an effective Product Owner and creating products that meet the needs of the organization, the customers and users. A results-driven servant leader, Julianne focuses on building the success of others and believes in the power of highly talented people working energetically together in highly-disciplined self-organizing environments.

Julianne holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto. She is also a Certified Scrum Profoessional, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe SPC4.
