Dr. Juliana Tay holds a PhD in Educational Studies (Gifted Education) from Purdue University. She has over a decade of researching and teaching high-ability children from all over the world. Formerly a subject head in Marsiling Secondary and Raffles Institution, her teaching experience range from from neighborhood schools to elite institutions.

During her time in Purdue University, she was the coordinator of youth programs for Gifted Education Research and Resource Institute (GER2I). These programs were designed to help young children discover their gifts and talents in different areas, and develop critical and creative thinking skills. Her passion is to bring over her experiences with the GER2I youth programs to benefit the local children and parents.
