Juan Manuel Domínguez Ortega is Managing Partner of SD Group, a company specialized in supporting business managers through professional planning and project management. He participates in various national and international Project Management committees and organizations.

His field of expertise is linked to business and project management. Since 2002 he has a relevant track record supporting the development and planning of companies across different sectors.

In the field of Project Management, he is founding member of APGP (Association of Professional Project Managers), created with the target of disseminating the value of projects. Up to now, he has participated in the organization of +10 national and international conferences and events and carried out trainings both in the public and private sectors.

He is member of the Committee for Project Management and the Committee for Organizational Governance for UNE (standardization body in Spain). He was accredited national expert for ISO International 21500 WG10, the overarching standard for project management, and other duties in ISO as national expert.

He has been linked to PM2, the project management methodology of the European Commission, from its public release and participated in the official translation of the guide into Spanish.

Secretary General of the CIP Institute, a non-profit that brings together academics and professionals in order to exchange and develop knowledge in the field of risk and crisis.

Juan Manuel holds an MBA from IE Business School (Spain). He is accredited as Project Management Professional (PMP®), PM2 Advanced Certificate, Lead Auditor in Business Continuity Management (ISO 22301) and EFQM Evaluator (European Foundation for Quality Management).
