I have worked for the past 25 years implementing and assisting with innovation and strategic execution to fortune 500 companies and start-ups alike. I emphasize innovation as a defining process that can be learned and applied with the right knowledge, tools and approach. As a sought-after corporate speaker and trainer I have been able to learn firsthand the myriad of challenges presented to companies when innovation implementation are necessary for the growth of an enterprise. This in turn has propelled my desire to bring into process not only the best systems and practices, but also laser like focus on the human factor; without the right buy-in and training within a corporation results would be dismal.

In conjunction with my efforts to implement and assist with innovation strategies, I have developed learning and capability initiatives for World Awarded Corporate University (PDVSA CIED),  and designed and managed Executive Education Programme for over 100 Executives with top International MBA Schools - Design and implemented Insurance Sector Knowledge Centre and Online Educational Academy (CAVConeX). I am delighted to count as mentors, friends and clients’ corporations such as the World Bank, American Express, Cadbury Adams, PricewaterhouseCoopper, Brenntag, Pemex, PDVSA, Banesco, Cinepolis Mexico, and many others.

Currently I am working on a start-up that specializes on network optimization through applied big data analytics, and as a corporate advisor for different companies developing strategic execution capabilities. I graduated from the University of Western Michigan with an Industrial Engineering degree, and received an MBA in Business Administration from Manchester Business School, United Kingdom, and the Rotterdam School of Management, the Netherlands.
