Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy

Josh Yardley, PhD, is an Adjunct Professor who has taught courses in econometrics, impact evaluation, and policy analysis at the Harvard Kennedy School and Brown University. His research explores the use of technology in education, and he has developed online courses in microeconomics at MIT and in evidence-based decision-making at Harvard. Josh has done education reform and program evaluation work with a number of international development organizations including Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) in Ghana, the US Agency for International Development (USAID) in Pakistan, and the World Bank in Washington, DC. He got his start in both development and teaching as a US Peace Corps volunteer in a village in Burkina Faso, West Africa, where he taught middle school math.
