Joseph M. Waldman earned his D.B.A. from Indiana University in 1966.
Waldman is the Lawrence D. Glaubinger Professor Emeritus of Business Administration, and the former Chair of the Undergraduate Program at Indiana University's Kelley School of Busines. He retired from Indiana University in 1999.
Waldman is the author of Indiana University Kelley School of Business: The First One Hundred Years of Education for Business - 1902-2002, which he published after his retirement in 2002.
Waldman is the namesake of The Joseph M. Waldman CLD Outstanding Internship Award established in 2003
