Josep Miralles has been Professor of Social Philosophy and Sociology on the Combined Undergraduate and Master in Management Programme, and of Geopolitics and Corporate Social Responsibility on the MBA and PhD programmes.
In recent years, he has been interested in the relations between globalization and business ethics. He is Vice-president of Ética, Economía y Dirección (EBEN España). This interest has manifested itself in various publications, one of the most important being the manual "Ética de la empresa" (Desclée de Brouwer, 2002), of which he is a co-author.
He is linked to various NGOs and is currently President of the Board of Trustees of Intermón Oxfam and of Migrastudium, and a member of the Board of Trustees of Arrels Fundació.
