Jordan Novak is an instructor in the Department of Management & Entrepreneurship, where he teaches undergraduate courses in management and strategy. He is director of product design and development at Capsim Management Simulations, a global leader in business simulation technology and services designed to teach and assess business acumen and leadership.
Novak has more than a decade of experience in process and service redesign, product management, product strategy, and business simulation design in the education and information technology industries. The products created by the teams he leads have received industry awards from EdTech and SIIA CODiE for their innovation and overall industry impact in education.
