Research Interests
- I am interested in the impacts of information technology on human behavior at the individual, group, organization, and societal levels. I have focused most recently on studying trust and privacy in online social networks, the impacts of online platforms on two-sided markets on illicit markets, and the impact of information technology on individual and group emotion. I also have studied Agile Software Development extensively, and its impact on the IT workforce.
