Biography
Dr John Politis is a Senior Academic of Management, as well as the Academic Director of the Sydney Campus at Charles Darwin University, Australia. He is also a visiting Professor of Management at Neapolis University in Cyprus. His Ph.D. in Management is from the University of Technology, Sydney. John’s research interests lie in the areas of leadership, knowledge management, creativity and innovation. John has published over 30 peer reviewed articles in academic journals and conference proceedings and is currently a member of a number of editorial boards, including The Leadership and Organisational Development Journal and the Knowledge Management Research and Practice Journal. John served as a foundation Director of the MBA and BSc-BA Programs and contributed towards the accreditation of the newly established Neapolis University in Cyprus. He is also the foundation faculty of the Engineering Management Program and assisted in the development of the EMBA at Higher Colleges of Technology in the United Arab Emirates.
