Eugene W. Stetson School of Business and Economics
Mr. Granich is the founder of Advanced Airspace Management. His interest in unmanned systems goes back to the late 1960's operating RC aircraft. In 1990, he attended the Navy’s Senior Enlisted Academy at the Naval War College in New Port, Rhode Island. During his 22 years of Naval service, he obtained the rank of Senior Chief Petty Officer, completing all the requirements in the advanced electronics field. He departed the Navy as a Senior Combat System Instructor and Engineer, serving on several combat ships supporting various operations around the world. He was assigned a range Coordinator and Fleet Training Group supporting advanced live firing at the Pacific Missile Test Center (PMTCR). Upon leaving the Navy, he entered the private industry where he was contracted to support The Naval Seas Systems Command as a Senior Analyst supporting and designing advanced ship combat training systems. He has continued work on the UAV Predator Program integrating payload imaging sensors, and he has various credentials in emergency management and disaster recovery.
