Dr. Amos Münch studied law at Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main (Germany) and at the University of Milan (Italy). He then wrote his doctoral thesis at Goethe University in Frankfurt on the topic of “Collective liability under white-collar criminal law”, comparing the relevant penalty systems of Germany, Great Britain and Italy. Dr. Amos Münch carried out his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main, which included working for, inter alia, a large British law firm in the area of white-collar criminal law and for Luther in Shanghai (China) in the area of corporate law. Dr. Amos Münch was admitted to the German Bar in 2017.

At the UE Dr. Amos Münch teaches Insolvency criminal law and Criminal tax law.
