Biography
Joe Rizzi is co-founder and partner at Interro Partners, a lower-middle market private equity firm specializing in acquiring and tech-enabling private companies. Rizzi also is founder and managing partner of a private investment fund, Journey Capital Partners, where he leads investment and advisory in emerging growth companies. He previously worked at Raymond James in the investment bank, covering mergers & acquisitions and debt and equity financing for fintech and emerging growth financial services firms. Prior to Raymond James, he held roles at BMO Capital Markets in structured finance and Liberty Mutual Insurance in large corporate underwriting. Rizzi is also chairman at Heartland Angels, Chicago’s longest-running angel investor group.
