Biography

Joe Ornstein is an Assistant Professor of Political Science. He earned his PhD from the University of Michigan in 2018, and has previously held positions at the Brookings Institution and Washington University in St. Louis. His research and teaching focuses on statistical methodology, computational social science, and urban politics. He has published articles in Political Analysis, American Journal of Public Health, Public Choice, and Annals of the New York Academy of Sciences, among others.
