About me

Having come from a background in marketing, managing and experiencing online virtual communities, my research interests are very much embedded in the area. My research and PhD explores the role that value co-creation plays in online entertainment and the motivations of users to engage.

This enthusiasm for all things virtual feeds into my teaching style as well as materials which are delivered to both undergraduate and postgraduate students within the Bristol Business School. I am the current module leader for Understanding the Principles of Marketing (Accounting, Economics and Finance) at level one as well as Customer Relationship Marketing at masters level.
