Biography
Terry College of Business
In a world where corporations rise and fall and economies soar and stall – do you stand powerful through it all? We are all on the journey from survival to significance, and that journey feels more powerful when you have an advocate and guide in your corner. My clients say I'm a powerful partner to navigate critical turns, leverage moments of opportunity, and manage power and influence in the volatile world that is business today.
I work with both emerging leaders and senior executives (SVP to C-suite) across the globe but home base is Atlanta and New York. I especially enjoy working with leaders who are transforming from "producer" to leader because it's the powerful turn in creating your leadership brand. You can find me coaching professionals ready to control their career future via www.potentialmatters.com or working with my partners to help leaders navigate change and complexity at www.excelerationpartners.com.
Our leadership braintrust has us collaborating with other top coaches, university executive education programs and leadership programs. Key partners include HR Catalyst, CKI International, Your Crescendo, Emory University, Goizueta Business School, University of GA, Terry College of Business, Insights (Dundee, Scotland) and Genos International (Sydney, Australia) to name a few.
In addition to serving clients across a broad industry spectrum, I developed the Emory Alumni Association's first career coaching program and continue to serve as Career Adviser and Coach to 10+ year professionals and an advisor to building a strong vibrant pipeline and network for top women leaders.
