Academic Division: Accounting & LawProfessor Williams currently teaches undergraduate and graduate courses and was former chair of the Accounting & Law Division at Babson College. Previously, she taught at Boston University, where she received three teaching awards, and at Texas A&M University. She has taught undergraduate courses, and graduate courses at both master''s and doctoral levels. She has been involved in education programs for practitioners, and has provided consultation for litigation support. She is currently serving as the Faculty Director of Babson''s Masters in Accounting Program. Dr. Williams'' research has included work in the cognitive aspects of auditor decision-making and in examinations of the audit committee as a mechanism for monitoring corporate management. Her research interests include financial disclosure and financial analysis, and she has most recently begun writing about the intersection of accounting and law issues.
