Jo Hopkins

Jo is a former international athlete, coach and Director of Performance within high performance sport. She has over 20 years experience designing and delivering initiatives that enhance performance. Since 2015, Jo has been the Performance Mentor to Team GB’s Performance Services Team.

Jo was previously the Head of High Performance Planning at Sport Northern Ireland before establishing her own consultancy company. She is an Associate of Ashridge Business School and an Executive Coach, complementing her background as a trained counsellor.

Passionate about developing women in any high-performance environment, Jo acts as the current lead facilitator for the UK Coaching Women into High Performance' Programme. She has also co-designed and delivered a large female-focused mentor development programme with Allstate.

She works with a diverse range of clients from professional sport organisations such as PGA, Ulster Rugby, Irish Football Association, to government agencies including UK Sport, Sport Northern Ireland, Sport Scotland, Sport Wales. Jo also supports corporate firms such as Mercers, AllState, NIE Power, London Stock Exchange Group and Citibank.
