A passionate technology leader with the combination of fast-pace startup spirit and solid large-organization management skills, I enjoy getting deep into the technology while growing a high-performing team in scale. I am a high-energy individual who takes on ownership and loves problem solving. I enjoy visiting customers and present at various conferences because I always learn from my customers and enjoy the possibility to quickly bring their feedback into our solutions. I have a strong passion for diversity and volunteering activities and believe that I can start with the smallest effort possible - and it does count.
