Jim McHale

Jim McHale, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP taught leadership, strategic planning and other business topics at Gwynedd Mercy University for many years. He also works at Spring Mountain Resort where he trains and coaches ski instructors. He served as the leader of the Strategic Source, Inc. (SSI) consulting practice for more than 20 years. Previously, Jim worked as a senior manager at the Sun Company in several HR and Systems roles.

I have enjoyed sharing my education and experience with a variety of clients from startup organizations to divisions of very large companies. My experience in helping clients improve and implement their strategic plans has proven to be very helpful to them. My design, facilitation and training skills have been used at several organizations to assist in critical meetings and retreats. These clients include companies of small to large size and not for profit organization in education and social service delivery. In some cases I have assisted in ownership transitions or preparation for acquisition. My coaching skills have helped many individuals grow in their personal and professional life. I have assisted many individuals to receive national professional certification as well as promotions to high level executive positions. My skills in assisting owners and managers to deal more effectively with human resource issues are highly developed and practical.
