Hult Ashridge Executive Education

Jill is an Adjunct Faculty member and Professor of Organizational Psychology at Hult Ashridge Executive Education. The focus of her research and practice is the psychology of assessment, leadership and resilience. Her client work spans professional and financial services, international development, central government, healthcare and other sectors, and includes assessment and development for C-Suite appointments. She is an adjunct member of our Open Programs and Assessment teams.

Her previous experience includes executive board roles in consultancies affiliated to the Universities of Manchester and London (King’s College). Earlier in her career she was a university lecturer in southern Africa, where she also gained her initial experience as a volunteer, founder and trustee in the NGO (non-governmental organisation) sector.

In 1998 Jill completed her PhD at the Institute of Psychiatry (King’s College, University of London), a research study to improve senior leadership selection and career development in a national retail and distribution group. She is a Registered Practitioner Psychologist and Chartered Occupational Psychologist and her publications include Building Resilience for Success (2013), a book co-authored with Professor Sir Cary Cooper and Dr Michael Pearn.
