Jessica Scott is an Emmy-nominated producer, multi-award-winning independent filmmaker and college professor. Scott earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Hampton University and her bachelor's degree in journalism from Columbia College Chicago.

She also has a master’s degree in fine arts from Northwestern University, a master's degree in social work from Barry University and a master's degree in health science from Governors State University.
