Jerry P. Roscoe, Esq. serves exclusively as a mediator and arbitrator. With more than 30 years' experience in the resolution of complex and multiparty matters, he has chaired multi-billion dollar arbitrations, mediated Supreme Court cases, and served as a United States mediator during the war in Bosnia. He has taught mediation at George Washington School of Law, Georgetown University Law Center, the Harvard Law School Program of Instruction for Lawyers, and to lawyers and judges worldwide.

Mr. Roscoe recently arbitrated biotech and related patent disputes with values exceeding $11 billion. He has mediated more than three thousand matters, including commercial, employment, environmental, health care and international conflicts, including mediation in war zones. His most recent settlement was one of the largest in Pennsylvania history: the $227 million settlement of the Philadelphia Market Street Building Collapse litigation.

Mr. Roscoe is known for his degree of preparation as well as his expertise in managing difficult situations and challenging parties in high value disputes. Mr. Roscoe resolves disputes in health care, emerging technologies, software, patents, drug regulation, tort liability, employment, government fraud and insurance, as well as international disputes, political and military conflicts.
