Jeremy Vogelmann joined the faculty of Rutgers Business School full time in the fall of 2017, as an Assistant Professor of Professional Practice within the department of Management and Global Business. He teaches on both the Newark and New Brunswick campuses, and has covered courses including Business Policy and Strategy, Global Management and Strategy, Strategic Management, International Business, Finance for Entrepreneurs and Small Business, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Intro to Management.

Derivatives Consulting LLC is a risk advisory and execution platform primarily serving the municipal and corporate derivatives end-user. Derivatives Consulting works closely with clients to determine the suitability and structure of proposed derivatives transactions ensuring that the client achieves optimal execution and fair treatment, and aids in the on-going monitoring and reporting of the trades. Derivatives Consulting can also assist in the negotiation of ISDA agreements (including Schedules and CSAs) on behalf of its clients. Derivatives Consulting can also perform a full-scale evaluation of the interest rate, credit, and fx risks inherent in a client’s portfolio, including an assessment of the fixed-to-floating mix of assets versus liabilities.

Jeremy Vogelmann has over 14 years of experience on Wall Street working in various capacities within the Fixed Income Derivatives markets, specifically Rates, FX, and Credit Derivatives. As both a Corporate Derivatives salesperson and a lead negotiator at the bankrupt Lehman Estate he has advised CEOs, CFOs, and Treasurers of Municipal and Corporate entities on their use of fixed income derivatives. Jeremy is credited for having been an early pioneer and trader of the LCDS product, and traded and risk-managed his own book of LCDS, CDS, and High Yield leveraged loans. He was also the primary market-maker of the LCDX index product.
