Jérémy Celsé
Associate Professor at Management School ESSCA
Biography
Management School ESSCA
Professor Jérémy Celsé holds a PhD in Economics and mainly relies on experimental (laboratory and field) methods. His research focuses on behavioral business ethics and aims at understanding why and how individuals engage in counterproductive and immoral behaviors.
His research model is to investigate topics whose importance goes beyond the academic world so as to receive funding from the private sector and convince students of the practical implications of his research activities. His current research activities are entirely funded by private companies (SNCF and Keolis), and the results are used in teaching courses so that students can connect theoretical models to real-life problems.
Professor Jérémy CELSE has a significant experience in teaching with both undergraduates and postgraduates on very different topics (from OB to Quantitative Methods through CSR).
He demonstrates an ability to publish in leading journals and to develop pedagogical innovations. (e.g., in courses such as Business Ethics or Quantitative Methods), he also has high ethical standards (developed Academic Integrity and Ethical Development Program).
