Jeffrey Mok is a principal in the New York office of Fish & Richardson P.C. His practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and counseling for companies nationwide.

Jeffrey’s work spans a variety of technical areas and industries, including software, consumer products, wireless communications, semiconductor technology, automotive technology, and financial services. He prides himself in developing deep understandings of his clients’ technologies and businesses. Jeffrey’s work has earned him recognition in the legal industry, including being named a “Rising Star” by the New York Law Journal (2020), and inclusion in the “Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch” list by The Best Lawyers in America© (2022). In 2022, he was honored by the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA) with its “Best Under 40 Award.”

In litigation, Jeffrey has represented clients in federal courts across the country and before the U.S. International Trade Commission. Outside of litigation, Jeffrey provides patent counseling and due diligence services for clients, including patent risk analysis and other advice to support business decisions on licensing and monetization.

Jeffrey is heavily involved in the Asian American Bar Association of New York, including serving as co-chair of the Intellectual Property Committee. He also devotes substantial time to a pro bono practice, and serves as the pro bono coordinating attorney for the New York office.

Prior to entering the legal field, Jeffrey was an engineer at The Boeing Company.

Jeffrey is an alumnus of Columbia University (B.S. in electrical engineering), and New York University School of Law (J.D.).
