Jeff’s teaching, research and writing focuses on leading innovation and creativity. Jeff's life mission is to democratize innovation. He is co-author of several books including Creativity at Work, Leading Innovation, and The Innovation Code. His latest book, The Creative Mindset, brings tools and techniques to everyone. He has been the host of national PBS program, Innovation You, and an NPR segment, the Next Idea. He has written syndicated columns for Inc., Fortune, Wired, Psychology Today, and is one of the original LinkedIn Influencers.
He is an engaging and much sought after speaker. He has consulted with hundreds of the world’s most prominent organizations at the most senior levels to help them successfully build innovation competencies, cultures, and ecosystems. Dr. DeGraff founded a leading innovation institute, Innovatrium, with centers in Ann Arbor and Atlanta. Before joining Ross, Jeff was a VP at Domino’s when it was one of the fastest growing companies in America.
