Biography

Jean Patrick "JP" Raynal is an Associate in Moses Singer's Real Estate practice group. JP's practice includes advising institutional clients, landlords and tenants, and high-net-worth individuals on a broad range of complex real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions of office, multi-family, portfolios, and mixed-use properties; leasing for industrial, office, and retail purposes; and secured financing transactions.

Prior to joining Moses Singer, JP was an associate in the Real Estate Debt and Equity Investments group at a prominent international law firm. JP received a Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University and a Juris Doctor from Hofstra Law School, with an honors concentration in business law. During law school, JP's note on biometric data privacy was published in Volume 48.1 of the Hofstra Law Review, where JP served as the Alumni Affairs Editor. Prior to law school, JP worked as a real estate and landlord-tenant paralegal. JP is also an Eagle Scout and is admitted to practice law in New York.
