Biography

Jean-Philippe Collin teaches in HEC Executive Education programs on strategy and implementation issues, particularly in domains such as Supply, Chain, procurement and quality.

Philippe Collin spent more than 25 years in the industry holding management positions in technology, development, quality, supply chain, distribution and procurement with companies like IBM, Valeo, Thomson and PSA in Europe and in the US.

In particular, Jean-Philippe Collin was Chief Procurement Officer of Valeo, Thomson and PSA and, more recently, was General Manager of the Peugeot Brand. Since 2010, he is Chief Purchasing Officer of the pharmaceutical group Sanofi-Aventis.

Jean-Philippe Collin holds a Master''s degree in Electrical Engineering from Supelec (France) and a Ph.D.
