Artem is Latin for 'Art'. Leaders must first understand the science of leadership, (through the acquisition of skills and capabilities required to lead others), and then apply this body of knowledge in practice. The 'art' of leadership lies in the ability to lead strategically and achieve whole of enterprise results in complex and unpredictable environments. Artem Group bring the art into leadership development and design and deliver high impact leadership growth experiences combining all three areas. As a result, transformation occurs quickly and profoundly.

In my work I focus on transformative leadership and organisational development. I am passionate about harnessing the developmental potential of people in organisations, and working with leaders to increase their leadership effectiveness in the interest of improving business results. My practice centres around the pillars of leadership development, culture and change - enabling leaders to consciously develop their capability so they can transform organisations as they face into complex environments. This is as much about skill development as it is about mindset shift. It involves meeting participants where they are in their developmental journey, working with the dynamics in the room and supporting executives to integrate a variety of theories and models into their own practice of leadership.

For almost 14 years, I was a senior member of the Melbourne Business School and as such I have sound experience in managing and leading a group of high performing professionals. I have hands on experience of the challenges faced by senior leaders working strategically as part of a bigger system, to lead and implement sustainable change and deliver outcomes. My ongoing professional development continues to inform my work.
