ESADE Business School
Javier Nieto has been part- and full-time ESADE lecturer since 1975. He has also lectured at Eina, School of Art and Design (UAB) since 1995, and has been responsible for courses at UPC''s School of Industrial Engineering (Escola Tècnica Superior d''Enginyeria Industrial (ETSEIB)) and at UAB''s Faculty of Economics. He is a regular speaker at many international management and industrial design forums.
He began his professional career in the editorial world as assistant director of the publishing house Seix Barral (1980-1982); commercial director of the Planeta publishing house (1982-1983); and managing director and CEO of the Bruguera publishing house (1983-1985).
He is passionate about editing objects and texts.
He is founder of Santa & Cole Ediciones de Diseño, SA, and has been its president since founding the firm in 1985. He has also been founding administrator of Parc de Belloch, SL, and of Ediciones de Belloch, SL, since 2005, among other companies.
