Indian Institute of Management Indore

Jatin Pandey is the Seventh IIM Indore Young Faculty Research Chair and assistant professor in the Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management area of the Indian Institute of Management Indore. Jatin is a Fellow of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. He has worked as an assistant professor in the Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources area at the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode. He was awarded the Junior Research Fellowship by U.G.C. and the Best Thesis award for his doctoral work by the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, where he also assisted in the Seventh Pay Commission consultancy team.

His research interests focus on management, spirituality and religion, emotions at the workplace, job performance, HR for healthcare, management for rural and difficult geographies. His articles have appeared in national and international journals and he has presented his research in national and international conferences as well.

He has co-authored two books, one on Geographic Information System published by TERI and the other on HR Analytics published by Sage. He has also served as co-guest editor of special issues in the International Journal of Knowledge Management and Australasian Journal of Information Systems. At IIM Indore he teaches across IPM, PGP and FPM programmes in addition to conducting MDPs for private and public sector organizations including armed forces.
