Jasmine has worked over the past 12 years in various government, community and inpatient settings in Singapore as well as in Australia. She has worked extensively with child protection, foster services, emergency departments and hospital services. Jasmine has a particular interest in supporting children, adolescents, parents and adults who have experienced traumatic or difficult life circumstances and is passionate about ensuring high quality services be made available to them. As such, she practices from a person centered philosophy working primarily from evidence-based models and believes in flexibility within fidelity to ensure the best for clients.

Having trained, travelled and moved internationally, Jasmine is very comfortable working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. She has received training at the Beck Institute in Philadelphia, Women's College Hospital Toronto and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Jasmine is an accredited Triple P practitioner, EMDR practitioner and MHFA Singapore Master Trainer. She was also involved in several national level crisis deployments for the Singapore government.

Besides trauma recovery, her interests include crisis emergency response, parenting, as well as child and adolescent mental health. Jasmine oversaw the Triple P programme in the Singapore government and was part of the team who adapted Mental Health First Aid to the Singapore context. She held the appointment of Adjunct Associate Professor with the National University of Singapore for 8 years and is passionate about training, teaching and supervision.
