Darla Moore School of Business

Jane Willis originally joined the USC family in 1990, working as a student recruiter and admissions counselor for the Darla Moore School of Business. For the next 21 years she served in various roles at the School including the Assistant Director of the International MBA-Vienna program from 1994-1996 and Managing Director of the Master of Human Resources (MHR) program from 1996-2001. In 2001 she moved into the Career Services area for the School and served as both Associate Director and Executive Director of the Graduate Career Management Office (GCMO) for 10 years. In 2001 she made a move to Newberry College in Newberry, SC where she served for 6 years as an Associate Dean of Educational Services and Dean of Students. In the Spring of 2017 Jane returned to her roots at the Darla Moore School of Business to lead the Employer Relations initiatives for the School. She and her team manage the customer service , outreach and recruiting consulting needs of all employers who turn to the Moore School for early career talent and graduate level business expertise. She and her team are ready and eager to work with employers from all industries and sectors in sourcing the best talent to meet their business needs.
