UW Professional & Continuing Education
Jane Reynolds has taught organizational behavior and human resource management to undergraduate and MBA students for more than 25 years, primarily at the University of Washington's Foster School of Business. As a lecturer in the Department of Management and Organization, she helped develop the human resources management major and served as an advisor to the SHRM student group.
Reynolds served as course coordinator for the undergraduate core course in organizational behavior and helped develop the core curriculum for AACSB accreditation. In 2005, she was named undergraduate professor of the year in human resources. Reynolds earned a bachelor's in psychology from Whitman College and MBA and Ph.D. degrees in organizational behavior and human resource management from the University of Washington.
