Brand Strategist at FUEL Vancouver, Pecha Kucha Night, Cause+Affect
My experience and deep interests:
I am based in: Ontario
A brand strategist, connector and social entrepreneur, I am a natural-born catalyst and seasoned creative visionary with a track record of successful projects that have helped my clients improve their profile, positioning, growth and impact. My expertise in experience design, civic engagement, and collaboration reflect my ability to connect the dots between human behaviour, communities, culture and business.
As the Founder and Director of Cause+Affect, a brand consultancy, since 2004, I have been behind the creation of a set of influential brands including FUSE at The Vancouver Art Gallery, EPIC-The Sustainable Living Expo, Volkswagen’s Green Guts, Jorg&Olif - the Dutch Citybike company and the on-going production of the globally renowned PechaKucha Night in Vancouver. In 2014 I launched FUEL -‘The Future of Urbanity, the Environment and our Lifestyles'' a future forum and intersectoral platform to realize new ways of thinking and problem solving for a better world.
I am on the Advisory Board of THNK Vancouver and have been a past member of the Cultural Advisory Group for the City of Vancouver. In 2013 I was selected as one of ten "Canadian Catalysts" by The Globe and Mail for my work in connecting organizations, businesses and communities through culture and Wallpaper Magazine selected me as the ''City Insider'' for their Vancouver travel publication.
