Jan Trzaskowski has since 1997 been professionally engaged in Marketing Law and legal aspects of electronic commerce—with particular focus on EU law. He is a writer and a co-writer of several books concerning these subjects including ‘Markedsføringsretten’ (Marketing Law) and ‘Internetretten’ (Internet Law)—both avilable in 2nd edition. Jan has also written several national and international articles and reports within these areas. He has dealt with Marketing Law in a comparative light as well as an interdisciplinary light. He has, among other things, included behavioural economics and neuroscience in his research. Furthermore, Jan was head of the Danish delegation at the negotiations of the EU e-commerce directive in 1998-2000 and he was partner in a law firm.
