James is currently a project director at Allgreen, in charge of a mixed-use development at Pasir Ris. He has completed a major Asset Enhancement project at the Great World City. He has over 13 years of construction and project management experience, with a diverse portfolio in residential, retail, commercial and mixed-use developments in both Singapore and China.
James started his career with CapitaLand, under the Graduate Development Programme. During his 8 years with CapitaLand, he contributed significantly to multiple major projects including a major Asset Enhancement works at The Atrium @ Orchard, a mixed-use development in raffles places, and an overseas mixed-use development- CapitaMall Tian Fu.
