Biography

Jacob is a seasoned Lecturer for senior executives in international forums, specializing in Fin-Tech, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. He is also a Senior Consultant for Innovation in large scale companies where he brings his vast knowledge in both technology and finance sectors. He founded and served as the CEO of FinanceJBS, an international consulting firm and a leading provider of financial services for start-ups, specializing in Fin-Tech & Hi-Tech, where he led several start-ups to their M&A and IPO in the US.
Jacob, wrote several revolutionary positions papers on the digital & social banking and presented them to Parliaments, Commercial & Central Banks and Finance Ministries.
Mr Bar-Shalom also founded and serves as the Chairman of a Microfinance organization.
Jacob holds an MBA from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel, and he is a Certified Public Accountant in the US.
